Client Care Consultant

As we continue fast growth in a highly needed and welcomed advocacy space at ClaimsCo (and its various brands), we are seeking multiple exceptional Client Support Consultants to join our dynamic insurance claims team based on the Gold Coast who will manage the claims process having the clients best interest at heart.

This certification is a prestigious recognition that demonstrates an organization's commitment to creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture. No experience in insurance or construction is required as full training will be provided; however, we welcome people with experience to also apply.
The ideal candidate will be available full-time; however, we are open to considering a part-time role (20 to 30 hours) for an impressive candidate if that flexibility is required.
The successful applicant will be responsible for: Managing a portfolio of complex claims using expertise to negotiate a positive outcome for all parties.Assisting the operations coordinator in relation to claims compliance.Providing recommendations where appropriate to benefit the Insured.Having the Insured's best interest at heart.Being a part of the development/compliance team where you will have the setting to implement ideas and improvements.This is a challenging, varied, and rewarding opportunity.
