About the Opportunity:
We are looking for the industry's finest Cocktail Bartenders to join our team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our guests.
Use your skills and experience to ensure outstanding service delivery.
You will have experience in a high-end bar and/or restaurant environment and a genuine interest in hospitality.
Main Role Responsibilities: Prepare equipment, station & stock for servicePrepare cocktails and other beverages to a high standardProvide an exceptional level of service for guestsComplete closing duties as assignedThe Ideal Candidate Must Have: Experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a premium venueKnowledge in cocktails and beverage productionDemonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectationsAdaptable and able to multi-taskTime management skillsAttention to detailStrong work ethic and a "can do" attitudeProfessional presentation and strong communicationAble and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shiftsMust obtain valid RSA CertificateWorking with Lucas Restaurants:
