We build teams around every client, depending on each person's needs and preferences.
We partner with people with any type of disability who want to live independently in the community.
Our clients may have physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, neurological conditions, intellectual disabilities, or autism.
Our assistants are crucial in providing essential support to our clients.
Our teams are based in Melbourne, Geelong, and regional Victoria, including Benalla, Wangaratta, Stawell, and Bendigo.
To do a great job, you'll need: Good judgement and common sense, listening skills, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to our valuesExperience in mental health and behaviours of concernExperience in supporting clients dealing with substance use and addictionGreat patience and the ability to build rapport with clientsEnthusiasm and passion for supporting people with disabilitiesCommitment to working with a care team approach, including guidance from professionalsFull driver's license and willingness to drive clients' vehiclesWillingness to work varied shifts, including sleepovers and in-home evening support Important Notes: As part of our recruitment process, certain checks will be undertaken with your permission, including an NDIS Worker Screening Check that you must have before you can start work.
