The ideal candidate will be primarily handling phone support but should also excel in chat and email communication.
The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently and effectively.Responsibilities:Phone Support: Provide exceptional customer service via inbound and outbound phone calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Chat Support: Manage real-time customer interactions through chat, providing quick and accurate responses to customer questions and concerns.Email Support: Handle customer emails promptly and professionally, offering solutions and assistance as needed.Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and issues in the company's CRM system, maintaining detailed records for future reference.Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product information, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and comprehensive support.Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer service and support.RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer support role, preferably in a call center environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Attitude: Customer-centric attitude with a passion for helping people and solving problems.Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with technology and capable of quickly learning new software and tools.Availability: Must be able to work the specified schedule consistently.#J-18808-Ljbffr
