Database Coordinator

This highly regarded not for profit organisation create and drive exciting programs across the globe, providing much needed relief to people living in poverty.
As part of a dedicated team, you will play a key role in ensuring the profitability of direct marketing programs, as you take responsibility for the processing and reporting of supporter donations.
Specifically your role includes the following: Day to day processing and reporting of donations, gifts and pledges Process donations through key fundraising channels Engage with and provide responsive communication to supporters Ensure the processing of high quality data in Raiser's Edge Database management Effective maintenance of supporter records Ensure receipts are updated Monthly processing of regular gifts Monthly reconciliation Updating manual filing systems Provide support to internal stakeholders as required To be successful in securing this role you will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes: Excellent communication skills Demonstrated customer service experience Proven attention to detail Strong MS Word and Excel skills Experience in using a Donation CRM Raiser's Edge Excellent telephone manner Accurate data entry The ability to work in a team environment.
