Private Practice Physiotherapist

We are seeking a passionate Physiotherapist to join a dynamic, state-of-the-art clinic located in Brisbane.
Our client offers a substantial earning potential with a base wage, commission bonus, and a dedicated training budget. While a full-time role with flexible scheduling is preferred, we welcome part-time applicants who seek work-life balance.
Responsibilities:Conduct functional and musculoskeletal assessmentsUtilise manual hands-on therapy and targeted exercises for pain management and rehabilitationDevelop and implement personalised treatment plansProvide education and support for long-term symptom managementMaintain accurate client records and submit necessary reportsCollaborate with the multi-disciplinary team and NDIS for client plan reviewsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in physiotherapy or equivalent allied health qualificationCurrent AHPRA unrestricted registration (supervision considered for exceptional candidates)Professional Indemnity InsuranceExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDetail-oriented, analytical, and creative problem-solving abilitiesInterest in chronic pain, rehabilitation, Pilates, or women's health is favourableAdditional Information:
Experience with hypermobility is preferred but not essentialModern physiotherapy practice customised for hypermobility, recently expanded with a spacious gym featuring weights, cardio, and Pilates equipmentExtensive training provided upon commencementSupportive and friendly workplace within a small team environmentFlexibility in work flow with a proactive practice manager and reception teamExtended one-hour appointments allowing for personalised client careOngoing professional mentoring from experienced physiotherapistsCommitment to supporting team professional development with in-services and a training budgetFlexibility in work arrangements, including telehealth and home visit optionsEmphasis on exercise and rehabilitation, reducing stress on your own bodyAccess to Pilates rehab gym outside of work hoursReferrals come from various sources, including client support groups, word of mouth, GPs, and medical specialists.If this opportunity aligns with your career goals, reach out to ****** to schedule an interview.
