About the Role This role will be responsible for the provision of robust and effective on-site leadership and execution of the Projects department, enabling the team to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant services support to the Mining Division and its Customers.
The Project Supervisor role is required to lead and direct outcomes set out by the Project Manager, ensuring compliance and conformance to operational goals and company needs.
Key Responsibilities Provide effective leadership and direction to allocated team membersDrive a project's completion through accuracy and compliance to process and deliverablesProvide reports and liaise with customers regarding operationsAbout You Experience in supervising employees with the desire to drive a teamSound written and verbal communication skillsTrade certificate in relevant discipline highly regardedS26 certification preferredWork on some of the world's largest and most technically advanced equipmentDiversity and Inclusion Diversity and inclusion sit at the heart of the Liebherr Group's Core Values.
