IT Security Consultant (Senior/ Associate/ Trainee) Ringus, established in 2008, is a spin-off subsidiary of a financial listed company and has become an IT consultancy and support provider with a vision to deliver solutions that optimize business operations and digital capabilities.

Job Highlights:
Participate in cybersecurity assessments, IT auditing, and ISO implementation projects.
Conduct privacy impact and compliance assessments.

Job Duties:
Participate in regional projects for IT security compliance and auditing based on international standards such as ISO, NIST, PCI DSS, SOC, etc.
Review the network and systems infrastructure security configuration.
Assess the IT risks and provide recommendations to improve the security controls.
Perform privacy assessment and consultation in accordance with the regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, PIPL, etc.).
Design and develop IT governance framework policies and documentation.
Prepare reports with audit findings and recommendations.
Coordinate different projects between internal parties and clients and manage client relationships and expectations.
Occasional business travel as and when required.
Candidates will be offered on-the-job training and coaching.
Job Requirements:
University graduate in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or related disciplines preferred.
3+ years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in Cyber Security or IT consultation/audit field.
Candidates with less experience or fresh graduates with interest in cyber security/privacy and a positive attitude will be considered for the IT Security Consultant Trainee position.
Exposure and experience in ISO 27001, IT security, or privacy is an advantage.
Knowledge of operating systems, cloud infrastructure, networking, and security products and technologies is an advantage.
Professional qualifications of CISA/CISSP/CISM/CIPP or equivalent is an advantage.
A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
Responsible, independent, self-motivated, organized, analytical, and detail-minded.
Immediate availability is preferred.
