Position Details As a Staff Specialist in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry , you will:
Deliver expert care to community clients in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and fellow psychiatrists.
Provide clinical governance for the CAMHS team, ensuring high standards of patient care.
Offer consultation to emergency, pediatric, and other hospital departments regarding young patients.
Participate in an after-hours CAMHS on-call roster, providing specialist advice to clinicians across the network.
Engage in teaching activities, including the supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Contribute to research, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development programs.

Requirements Qualifications:
Registration or eligibility for registration with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA).
Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) or equivalent specialist recognition, with subspecialty training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in delivering high-quality child and adolescent mental health care.
