Here in Australia, our reverse vending machines enable the collection of empty drink containers to ensure that containers have the best chance of being turned back into containers again – time after time.
In QLD and WA we partner with Containers for Change to provide convenient options for our customers to recycle their beverage containers in the hopes to encourage them to join the Clean Loop Recycling revolution

Job DescriptionAs a 'Looper' at TOMRA, you will be working amongst a team of people, who are very passionate about doing good for the environment and our community.
Our Customer Experience Ambassadors are the champions for the Containers for Change Scheme and play an important role in ensuring that our customers return to our recycling centres time and time again.
They achieve this by ensuring our customers have a great experience when visiting our centres by providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the recycling centre is clean and tidy and ensuring our machines and sorting equipment are running as intended.
Our Customer Experience Ambassadors also play a large role in boosting the TOMRA brand and are the face of TOMRA here in Australia.
What you'll be doing:Acting as the first point of contact for customer queriesGoing above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service to ensure our customers have a great experienceEnsuring the recycling centre is well presented by maintaining a safe, clean, efficient and professional environment for team members and TOMRA customersCarrying out regular cleaning and maintenance of our reverse vending machinesMonitoring the recycling centre for any hazards and reporting concerns as they ariseAd-hoc duties as required by managementQualificationsTo be a successful Customer Experience Ambassador you will:
