Position Profile: We are currently seeking to appoint a Clinical Nurse Specialist - Community Mental Health.
Responsible for the assessment, planning, case management and delivery of clinical mental health care tocomplex clients of the Wheatbelt Region.
Provide a specialist clinical, consultant and educational service toclients, carers and primary health care providers.
Acts as a clinical resource for other team members.
The occupant of this position is required to demonstrate a positive commitment to modelling ourorganisational values, safety and quality improvement and the Code of Conduct in all aspects of theiremployment.
Compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, standards and legislation includingConfidentiality and Work Health and Safety policies is mandatory.
