Businessary is delighted to present an opportunity for a Claims Executive to join the MBIB team in Melbourne.
The Claims Executive is responsible for managing a portfolio of claims – setting expectations and providing advice to clients to deliver consistently positive outcomes within appropriate timeframes.
The incumbent will also develop and maintain successful relationships with clients, brokers, loss adjusters, and insurers and will also provide accurate technical advice to clients and brokers.
There's never been a better time to join Master Builders Insurance Brokers.Your duties will include:Manage claims portfolio according to company standards, ensuring smooth claims submission and process.Engage with clients, insurers, and brokers to set expectations, maintain progress, and overcome challenges.Provide visibility of claims trends and insurer performance to broking staff and management.Working with insurers, improve service standards to lift customer sentiment through improved response times and appropriate and timely decision making.Assist broking and technical staff to develop relationships with insurer representatives as required.Provide the necessary support to assist the business maintain customer service standards.About you:You have general insurance claims experience.You have ideally backed this experience with Tier 1 qualifications, or you have the appetite to complete this fully funded training.You demonstrate excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a proven capacity to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.You have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, strong administrative capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail, combined with a strong dedication to delivering exceptional client service.What's in it for you:A real opportunity to develop your claims skills and specialise in the construction industry.Professional and career development, with financial support for study.Flexible working arrangements, employee assistance programme, and paid parental leave.Next steps:If you'd like to work for a company that values your commitment, celebrates your successes, and supports your development, this could be the role for you.
