About The Role
This position supports the Retail Manager, Australia to execute the Food & Beverage components of the Entertainment Annual Plan.
In addition, it oversees:
Key functions of the Food & Beverage department including promotions and supply chain management for Parlour Lane products Supports the Australian cinema teams including Moonlight with their day to day food and beverage operations Food & Beverage Promotions Gold Class Promotions Sustainability Database Manager across Vista, Magneto, Intranet and Published Documentation Parlour Lane supply chain co-ordination Compliance Cinema & HQ Support KPI's for this role include
Promotions
On time in market promotions Demonstrated contribution from promotional activities towards overall retail profit growth targets High in-Cinema compliance of promotional activity Database Management
High level of accuracy in all database maintenance tasks On-time completion of assigned database tasks Parlour Lane
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Parlour Lane product manufacturers Maintain consistently high availability of all Parlour Lane products nationally / minimise time out of stock Minimise stock in DCs reaching best before date On time commencement of Parlour Lane limited time offers (LTOs) Cinema Support
Professional and timely response to cinema initiated food and beverage queries, as recorded through Fresh Desk and to other HQ department members on interdepartmental tasks Well planned and constructed communications in form of cinema brief, Workplace posts, or responses to cinema initiated queries HQ Support
On time commencement of key profit growth initiatives Maintain professional, productive and efficient workflows on interdepartmental projects Completion of administrative tasks to suit applicable time frames Correct representation of Event's brands and standards on any materials produced These are the ESSENTIAL or 'must have' mindsets and behaviours for this role:
