Heavy Diesel Technician l Trucks & Heavy Transport Full-timeEstablishing ourselves in 2020, Newhaul is not your average haulage provider.
With current pit-to-port operations transporting iron ore out of the Weld Range to the Geraldton port, we recognized that technology is a critical component of our business and are committed to investing in the latest innovations to stay ahead of the curve.
From our world first driving simulator, operational dashboards and processes, digitizing our workshop and leveraging AI with a deep understanding of our data, we are constantly inspiring excellence.
Working out of our Geraldton workshop, you will be responsible for preventative maintenance & repairs to our Mack & Volvo on-road heavy multi-combination vehicles to enable best possible equipment availability and utilisation.
A day in the workshop could see you:
Maintain equipment in line with manufacturing specifications & statutory requirementsDiagnose faults safely, accurately, & efficientlyReport new issues / faults to managementManage work orders & respond promptly to driver & workshop repair requestsComplete required workshop documentation, paperwork & in-system dataWhat's on Offer 7 days x 7 nights x 7 days RnREstimated earning capacity of $185,000 p/a35,000 of retention bonuses over 5 years of service.
