You will also implement and oversee the curriculum for our Sonographer Trainees and organise education, training and upskilling across the Sonographer group.
You will act as an advisory to help and support the Ultrasound business to implement systems to minimize risk, ensure compliance and ensure accreditation of all sonographers is maintained.
Ideally you will bring to the role: Tertiary qualifications in a health science or related disciplinePost Graduate qualification in ultrasonographyASAR (Australian Sonographer Association Registry) MembershipRANZCOG certification to perform Nuchal Translucency scansDemonstrated skills in all facets of obstetric and gynaecological scanningDemonstrated Leadership experience or capability with a sound understanding or creating individual development plansCompetency to manage difficult conversations, and quickly develop patient rapportAbility to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teamsProficient computer skills including Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to demonstrate initiative and the ability to work autonomously and be self-drivenAbility to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities effectivelyWhy work for us?At Monash IVF, we are more than just a workplace—we are a passionate and innovative community dedicated to empowering individuals and making a real difference in the world of fertility.
