About the roleThis full-time Site Supervisor / Site Manager role with a well regarded Minor Works Construction Company based in Brisbane, QLD offers an exciting opportunity to take on a key leadership position overseeing construction projects.You will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision and management of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.What you'll be doingCoordinate and oversee all construction activities on site, including managing subcontractors and tradespeopleMonitor project timelines, costs and quality, and implement corrective actions as neededEnsure compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulationsLiaise with clients, project managers and other stakeholders to provide progress updatesIdentify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction processSupervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and supportPrepare detailed reports and documentation as requiredWhat we're looking forExtensive experience (8+ years) as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager in the construction industry with experience in Minor Works Projects and overseeing multiple small projectsStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codesExcellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyDegree or advanced qualifications in construction management or a related fieldDemonstrated experience in a similar role within the construction industryWhat the client offersOur client is committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for their employees.
