Considered a "Practice of Choice" by doctors considering a new position, we are a well-established, award-winning Practice in Port Melbourne (3207), and with our holistic approach we see patients traveling from across Melbourne to visit our Practice.
Our GPs strive to achieve the most thorough understanding of modern medicine while encouraging patient awareness of long-term preventative methods, and commitment to one's own health improvement.
As individuals, we aim to continually expand our services to patients including constant development of cultural awareness of all ethnicities and gender/sexual identities while providing a safe and comfortable environment where all patients can build a relationship with their GP.
Our exceptional team specialise in all areas of general practice with each also practicing one or more sub-specialty ranging from sports medicine, sexual health through to skin and procedures.
Due to ever increasing demand we are currently looking for a VR GP on either a part- or full-time basis to join our team of twenty dedicated, hardworking and expert GP's, who deliver exceptional patient care.
We will also consider 19AB restricted GP's eligible for an Academic Exemption (and willing to mentor/supervise Registrars) We offer a state of the art, modern Practice with all the facilities and equipment you would expect, including treatment room and dedicated CDM consult suite through to procedures room and sports medicine facility.
Clinical presentations are diverse with a mix of Clinical Services Family and General Medicine Women's Health Clinic Men's Health Paediatric Care Sexual Health LGBTIQ+ Health Immunisations Treatment Room and Nursing care Pathology Mental Health and Psychology Maternity Shared Care To be considered for this position it is essential that: You hold registration with AHPRA as Medical Practitioner You hold FRACGP/FACRRM or equivalent.
Have Medicare claiming privileges.
