Job Description
The Senior Accountant / Fixed Assets Finance Analyst is responsible for:
Maintaining and managing the fixed asset register Preparing monthly depreciation schedules Providing support for annual audits Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies Working closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting Assisting with ad hoc projects as required Conducting process and systems analysis The Successful Applicant
A successful Fixed Assets Analyst / Accountant should have:
A degree in Accounting or a related field Proficiency in accounting software Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to continuous learning and professional development What's on Offer
An annual salary ranging from AUD 120,000-130,000 + Superannuation Opportunity to work in a large, international retail company Experience with a large ERP Intermediate to advanced Excel skills Excellent company culture focused on teamwork and continuous improvement Opportunities for professional development and career progression This role presents an excellent opportunity for an ambitious accountant to further develop their skills and career in a dynamic retail environment.
