Steamatic | Administration

Steamatic works primarily in the insurance industry managing a wide variety of jobs/claims including water, fire, mould damage.

This role is 7:30-3:30 Monday to Friday.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Managing job flow from start to finish.
Scheduling of technicians jobs each day.
Liaising with key stakeholders and clients to ensure works run smoothly.
Developing relationships with key clients.
Follow policies and procedures and complete daily reports.
Managing information flow into insurance online portals.
Inbound calls from insurance Claims Administrators, insurance Customers, Technicians and general queries.
Dealing with customers needs in a professional and empathetic manner.
Work varying programs and insurer portals.
Create a memorable experience for our clients and customers.
Key Selection Criteria:
Positive and energetic attitude.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications including Excel and Outlook is essential.
An excellent phone manner with clear and concise communication skills.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Attention to detail and be process oriented.
A reliable and enthusiastic work ethic.
Ability to work well under pressure and achieve KPI's.
Scheduling and/or restoration experience will be well regarded but not essential.
