We are hiring a Partnerships Executive at Ticketek, which is part of TEG, SXSW Sydney, Laneway Festival and 30+ other brands across 40 countries Ticketek is Australia's leading live entertainment ticketing business, with world class people, technology and product.
With a dominant market position in Australasia, Ticketek is rapidly expanding in other markets including Asia, the UK and Europe.
With a technology, analytics, digital and data science team based in Sydney, Ticketek is focused on ongoing optimising and UX enhancements to drive the ultimate customer experience and drive more ticket sales for our partners.
The Ticketek Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day delivery of our brand and affiliate partnerships, as well as growing digital ancillary revenue streams.
RequirementsAbout the role Support Partnerships Director (AUNZ) on the day-to-day management and delivery of our brand and affiliate partnerships.Assist in collateral development for program reviews.Assist in the development of marketing schedules to support partnership programs.Assist in the development of digital campaigns to support partnership programs.Manage the booking & delivery of marketing commitments – booking and scheduling activities across relevant teams and channels.Assist in collating reporting metrics – collating campaign reports + other key metric reports as defined in the contract.Attend partner WIPs + QBRs.Manage a contractual commitments ledger for key partnerships.Assist in obtaining offers and promotions for the affiliate partnerships – liaising directly with promoters, venues and producers.Manage and grow affiliate and ancillary revenue streams.Manage the Impact Network.Weekly internal reports.Monthly invoicing.Identifying and onboarding new affiliates to the network.Creating collateral to promote the benefit of the network to internal and external stakeholders.Manage Ancillary revenue streams.Manage Souvenir Tickets + Upsell opportunities.Achieve set growth targets.Provide Monthly reporting.Manage 3rd party revenue.Meet and exceed set revenue target for 3rd party revenue line.Update pipeline report each week.Build brand target hitlists for outreach to build revenue pipeline.About you Minimum 3 years' experience, preferably within a digital media, or B2B partnerships role.A self-starter with strong leadership skills.Professional, responsible, accountable and flexible approach to work.Experience planning or overseeing the delivery of marketing communications.Advanced Powerpoint, Excel and Word Skills.Experience managing workflows through Monday.com would be highly desirable.Experience working with a CRM.Data Analytics and Report building experience.Passion for the Entertainment Industry.Excellent communication skills and developed ability to both manage and work directly with stakeholders.Sound ability to work autonomously.BenefitsSo, what does Ticketek offer?
