About the Role: The Assistant Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of day to day operations and delivery of the programs.
They will have experience in a similar role or looking to step up into their next challenge.
They will work closely with the Director to maintain a fun, safe and compliant environment.
About the Service: This Before and After School Care service is located in the Ryde area.
They are dedicated to providing a well rounded OSHC experience for all students, with a focus on building lifelong habits that will aid them in a bright future.
They are looking for an Assistant Coordinator, who is eager to assist in implementing these active programs alongside the educational leader.
Benefits: Flexible working hour options Full TIme hours Competitive salary package Key Responsibilities: Demonstrated ability to coordinate a team and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment Develop and implement creative and engaging ideas and activities that promote learning, fun and growth Implementing OSHC Programs Oversee daily operations, adhering to policies, safety procedures and regulatory requirements Build positive working relationships with parents, guardians and the school community Excellent interpersonal relationship and communication skills About You: The successful candidate will be dedicated to achieving the overall goal for ensuring the children are safe and receive an enriching experience while attending the OOSH Program.
They are professional in their manner, articulate themselves in person and via email, are adaptable to a changing environment and eager to see the service grow and exceed expectations.
