We're on the lookout for a dynamic Floating Op Shop Manager to provide leadership and cover leave across our thriving South Brisbane and Gold Coast stores. In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, manage a dedicated team of staff and volunteers, and ensure our customers enjoy a welcoming and engaging shopping experience. As part of our large and expanding op shop network, you'll also contribute to achieving sales targets, drive community donations, and support our mission of making a positive impact. If you're ready to take the next step in your retail career and be part of an exciting growth journey, we want to hear from youResponsibilitiesRepresent the RSPCA Qld Op Shop team and brand through your passion for all things preloved and second-hand and encourage the same within your team to create a positive supportive store atmosphere.Work closely with the Op Shop Store Manager and Area Manager, to support the goals and mission of the RSPCA Qld.Maintain a high level of customer service.Train and support volunteers.Drive sales to achieve set targets.Oversee and review all goods for sale in the store.Direct and monitor the daily register opening & closing procedures.Maintain and periodically review the shop's pricing list.About YouYou'll be a great communicator with top-notch interpersonal skills.
