The Role
As a key member of the Leadership Team, the Dean of Teaching and Learning will drive innovative teaching practices, academic excellence, and future-focused strategy.
Reporting to the Principal, this role involves overseeing curriculum development, academic programs, and leading the Curriculum Team, which includes Leaders of Learning, the Director of Academic Operations, and the Careers Counsellor.
A key responsibility will be managing the school timetable and ensuring ongoing student engagement and achievement.

The Dean of Teaching and Learning leads the Curriculum Team, which includes:
Director of Academic Operations Leaders of Learning Careers Counsellor VET Coordinator Assistant to the Dean of Teaching and Learning Key Responsibilities (abridged; full details in Candidate Information Pack): Spiritual Leadership Educational Leadership & Strategic Transformation Administrative Leadership Team Leadership Community Leadership This full-time role commences in Term 1, 2025, on a five-year contract.
