***[FULLY REMOTE]*** We are a specialised, online tutoring company that supports NSW students in Years 6-12 in English, Maths, Business Studies and Legal Studies. We are looking to grow our team of tutors this year, and are looking for individuals seeking a long-term position (1 year minimum) with opportunities for growth.
To us, teaching is more than having a teaching qualification or impressive academic marks. It requires both in-depth subject knowledge as well as an exceptional understanding of how to teach and train students effectively. Often it's how you teach, not just what you teach, that makes a difference to students.
We often look to high-achievers in IT, engineering and legal sectors who have strong problem solving and analytical skills, and are able to communicate in a way that makes complicated problems look easy.
As such, our tutors come from a range of different backgrounds and have varying levels of industry experience. University students, working professionals and retired professionals with an interest in teaching are strongly encouraged to apply.
ResponsibilitiesPreparing for and conducting lessons with up to 2 students (teaching materials & training provided)Tracking and reporting students' progressLiaising with parents and studentsRequirements:Must be an Australian citizen and familiar with the NSW HSC school curriculumAchieved a minimum overall HSC score of 90 in the subject(s) you are interested in teaching OR an equivalent teaching qualificationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHow to Apply:If you are interested, please email us at ****** and attach the following documents:
