This is the ideal role for the experienced retail Beauty Advisor who has been creatively constrained in their customer loyalty and engagement ideas.You will: Engage with your clientele to understand their needs to ensure the best possible purchase outcome.Track and manage sales, loyalty, and special events, reporting to the Pharmacy Manager.Actively upsell and cross sell across our portfolio of brands and products.Undertake specified brand training and TerryWhite Chemmart support training.Execute instore promotions, events and displays as per brand requirements and standards.Share your passion for our products and fragrances on offer.
