Fixed term role: 2 yearsUsual hours of work: Full time (flexibility may be available)Usual work location: 121 Exhibition Street, Melbourne CBD (flexibility may be available)The Role The primary objective of this role is to provide project support to ensure the creative asset building portfolio is maintained and managed appropriately.
The role will support capital delivery, property management, contract management and facilities management.
Key accountabilities: Support the development and administration of Annual Maintenance Plans and Asset Renewal Plans to ensure State-owned facilities and assets are appropriately maintained.Maintain and follow systems and processes for the delivery of facility management for State owned facilities and assets.Contribute to risk management planning and implement appropriate mitigation measures to ensure the safety of tenants.Assist with the development and delivery of capital infrastructure projects and programs across State-owned facilities.The Team The position of Contract Manager – Creative Portfolio Assets forms part of the Strategy and Delivery branch within Creative Victoria.
