Applications Administrator- Finance SystemsApply now Job no: 507767Work type: temporary full-timeLocation: Catholic Schools Parramatta DioceseCategories: Information Technology About the opportunity: We are currently seeking a robust Application Administrator and be accountable for the upkeep, configuration and effective day to day operation of selected systems.
Key accountabilities: Providing support and timely resolution of issues raised through the Enterprise Service Desk (level 1 support)Consultation, system configuration, reporting and operational setup of the designated application in response to day-to-day operational demand and project related activities (level 2 support)Analysing operational activities to identify and deliver system improvementsProviding enhancements, alterations and testing of systems' configuration within the designated application in response to operational and project demandsGuiding and training system end users in the effective use of the systemWorking with vendors to ensure the organisation's requirements are understood, issues are managed, and product roadmap are understood and effectively utilisedTypical experience and qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience with TechnologyOneExpertise in TechnologyOne Financials and Supply Chain modulesProficient in TechnologyOne CiA Purchasing and Assets modulesExperience with TechnologyOne reporting, ETLs, and CPM (Desirable)Familiarity with TechnologyOne CiA and CiAbility to configure, set up, and perform system administrator tasks within TechnologyOneExperience with Workday and Vendor Panel (Desirable)Strong understanding of the impact of applications on business processesSkilled in providing Level 1 and Level 2 end-user supportPassionate about customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional customer serviceExcellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey informationPossession of an accounting qualificationA collaborative team player with a strategic mindsetIn return: Competitive remunerationSalary packagingParental leaveFlexible work arrangements include a hybrid working modelInterested? The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child-related employment including the completion of a National Police Check, retention of a valid Working with Children Check and adoption and compliance with CSPD's Child Safeguarding Procedures and Code of Conduct When Working with Students and Children.
