Nossas equipes de logística estão mudando a maneira como interagimos com clientes em todo o mundo todos os dias e resolvendo alguns dos maiores desafios logísticos enfrentados não apenas pela Amazon, mas também por toda a indústria.A equipe da Amazon Logística está em busca de um(a) Líder de Time para se juntar à equipe da AMZL Brasil em nossa Delivery Station da região de Indaiatuba/SP.Key job responsibilitiesComo líder de equipe, você supervisionará uma de nossas estações de entrega, fornecendo liderança aos associados e gerenciando o desempenho dos principais indicadores – Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Você assumirá muitas funções e trabalhará em um ambiente altamente colaborativo que é mais próximo de uma start-up do que uma grande empresa. A atitude adotada é que nenhuma ideia é uma má ideia e as melhores ideias são aquelas que devem ser testadas e experimentadas. Você precisará prosperar e entregar resultados em um ambiente ambíguo, rápido e dinâmico. A função envolve:Estar presencialmente na estação de entrega. Amazon lidera operações 24-7, e portanto, trabalhar em diferentes turnos será parte dessa função, incluindo finais de semana e feriados.Criar e cultivar um ambiente de trabalho seguro, identificando oportunidades de segurança em sua área de trabalho.Liderar e treinar os associados para entregar o melhor serviço aos nossos clientes.Garantir que os pedidos dos clientes sejam atendidos de acordo com as diretrizes de segurança e qualidade.Fornecimento contínuo de informações críticas relacionadas ao turno aos operadores.Envolver-se com funções de suporte e/ou outros departamentos para abordar problemas ou necessidades comuns de indicadores de desempenho.Monitoramento do andamento das rotas, atuando de forma proativa para identificar e corrigir desvios.Condução de reuniões, atribuição de funções e trabalhar com KPIs como despacho pontual e sucesso na entrega no primeiro dia.Ficar obcecado por métricas e mergulhar fundo para encontrar as causas raízes rapidamente para impulsionar as melhorias.Encontrar soluções práticas e simples para problemas complexos sem sacrificar a qualidade ou a funcionalidade principal.Fornecer suporte diário durante o lançamento/implementação de sistemas/processos mais novos e coletar feedback.Utilizar continuamente ferramentas de software e hardware para garantir as operações normais do dia a dia.Garantir que os associados tenham ferramentas adequadas para realizar o trabalho e coordenar o reparo ou substituição quando necessário.Comunicar as métricas diárias e relatar exceções a outros departamentos em Operações e em toda a Amazon, conforme necessário.Minimum Requirements:- Ensino Superior completo- Disponibilidade para trabalhar em horários/turnos/áreas flexíveis, inclusive finais de semana, feriados e durante a madrugada.- Gestão de indicadores da operação- Investigação de causa raiz e definição de plano de ação- Experiência em ambientes dinâmicos e de alto nível de entregas- Garantir o cumprimento dos processos operacionais padronizados- Experiência na definição de processos.- Experiência em gestão de pessoas- Experiência em MS Office, com nível avançado em Excel (vlookup, fórmulas avançadas, tabelas dinâmicas).- Inglês básico.Preferred Qualifications:- Excelente habilidade de comunicação com diferentes públicos.- Graduação em Engenharia, Operações ou Experiência em operações/start-up/ambientes dinâmicos que lidam com ambiguidades.
