Lead the deployment and management of Microsoft Intune, ensuring compliance and troubleshooting issues.
Your new role The role involves providing technical leadership for a team responsible for deploying and managing Microsoft Intune and related tools.
Key technical skills and responsibilities include:
Microsoft Intune: Development, deployment, and management for mobile device management.Conditional Access Policies: Planning, designing, and implementing with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR): Implementation and management.Microsoft Information Protection (MIP): Content file protection, document classification, labeling, and various protection methods (BYOK, HYOK, Custom Templates, Protection scanner, FCI, S/MIME).Azure Application Proxy: Planning and managing web app proxy.Mobile Device Management: Managing iOS, macOS, and Windows devices with Intune.Security Policies: Managing risky sign-in and security policies.Migration Experience: Transitioning from other mobility solutions (Softbank, MobileIron, MaaS 360) to Microsoft Enterprise Mobility.Additionally, the role requires troubleshooting non-compliance and undocumented issues, providing compliance data, and transferring skills and knowledge to departmental staff.
