We're seeking a highly motivated Town Planner to join our collaborative team in the heart of Brisbane CBD.
You'll play a key role in delivering expert advice and services across our diverse property portfolio, ensuring successful outcomes for our clients.
What You'll Do: Manage the full lifecycle of town planning applications, from initial preparation to final approval and ongoing project management.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, overseeing projects of varying sizes and complexities.
Collaborate closely with internal team members, external consultants, and local council officials to achieve project goals.
Conduct thorough reviews of local and state government policies, ensuring all development projects comply with relevant regulations.
Partner with Senior Planning Officers on navigating complex planning issues.

The Ideal Candidate: Minimum 2 years' experience in a Town Planner role.
Preferably Senior Town Planning experience.
Exceptional problem-solving and time-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects independently with a high degree of accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Degree in Town Planning (preferred).
