Description:Aje was created in 2008 to translate the effortless Australian lifestyle into fashion.Designed for an elegance grounded in ease, our garments empower our customers to feel relaxed, assured, and beautiful.Our company strives to invite freedom of self-expression in each architectural store environment, bringing our customers a confidence and beauty that elevates their every day to an occasion.Join icon fashion house Aje as an Inventory Lead at our new Aje Harbourtown store – led by Regional Manager Jasmine.About this opportunity:Being experienced and passionate about retail, you will be responsible for:Customer Service:Providing impeccable customer service to all customers.Creating a personalised shopping experience for the Aje customer, by effectively educating the customer on the sustainable fabrics, features, fit, and functionality of the product.Acting as a brand ambassador driven by your love for the brand.Processing sales accurately through cash handling and the POS (point of sale) system.Inventory Management:Actioning and managing all Floor to Door transactions, Click and Collects, and Ship from store transactions in a timely manner.Receiving, inspecting, and unpacking all incoming shipments, highlighting any discrepancies, damages, and delays.Processing damaged stock on a timely basis according to company guidelines.Accepting new deliveries and ensuring stock is unpacked, neat and tidy with correct labels attached.Managing fortnightly stock rotation from 'home' back room to offsite (if the home has an offsite).Reporting, investigating, and managing stock discrepancies efficiently.Working with the management team to understand sales trends and arrange back of house stock to ensure trending items can be accessed in a timely manner.Ensuring product labels are constantly maintained to reflect accurate stock position for functionality.You will have:Inventory and customer focused.Methodical.Lead by example by always acting professionally.Knows, accepts, and follows all policies and procedures.Practices and encourages teamwork in all capacities.Assists in training and coaching team members.Supports and coordinates the opening and closing of the store.Supports the management team and being a senior lead to your direct reports.Uses initiative and decision-making skills, whilst ensuring all decisions are aligned to Aje and the boutique.Ability to lift up to 16kg.Visual Merchandising Experience.What do we offer?Generous employee discounts and staff wardrobes.Training and development programs are recommended and encouraged.Career progression.Contra credit.Access to our comprehensive Employee Assistance Program designed to support your wellbeing.No key achievement and success goes unnoticed.Referral incentives.Increasing positive corporate responsibility, reflected through our Aje Aware Charter.Join now to bring the unique Aje brand of contemporary Australian style to the world.At Aje Collective, we are committed to developing a culture and environment that celebrates diversity, equality, and inclusion by promoting diversity in all forms and creating a safe environment for all employees, applicants, and customers.
