As a Business Lead, you will play a key part in Uniting Aged Care team (Residential, Independent Living, and Home & Community Care).This is a management role within the Aged Care team and is responsible for leading the local implementation of business stream initiatives and providing specialist advice around funding, operational management and business improvement practices.This role focuses on the provision of coaching, advice and support to build capability and capacity within the local operational team, specializing in funding, rostering practices, capital expenditure, hotel services and contract management.As Business Lead, your role will:In collaboration with the wider Seniors Health Care team you will lead and facilitate the local implementation of stream-wide quality management strategies, initiatives and plans;Work to enable Service and Area Managers to implement effective quality improvement activities;Lead the provision of specialist funding advice at the local level;Work in support of other Uniting functions and teams to foster coordination across the organisation, avoid duplication, standardizing on efficient processes and delivering continuous improvement;Manage the delivery of specific projects within the Business Plans.Your experience ticks the following boxes:A tertiary qualifications in business, management, or a health-care related field.A minimum of 3-5 years' experience working at management level in the health and/or aged care sectorA significant experience in leading and influencing people through changeA demonstrated ability to implement business improvement strategies with measurable outcomesWhat We Offer You:• A rewarding career with a leading human services organisation.• Up to $18,550 NFP salary packaging available.• Access to our U rewards program with exclusive discounts.• Flexible work hours for work-life balance.• Access to Fitness Passport – Live your best life.• A supportive and inclusive, and collaborative work environment.• Opportunities for professional growth.• Purchase of additional leave.Employment with Uniting is subject to satisfactory background checks, which may include a national police check, reference checks, working with children checks, and NDIS checks.To apply for this unique opportunity, please attach a cover letter detailing WHY this role is for you along with your CV, and click the "apply" now buttonUniting is proud to be an EEO employer.
