We are looking for hands on, reliable and motivated individuals to become a vital part of a growing company as a Full-Time Warehouse Assistant based in Stafford, Brisbane Northside.Entry-level or experienced candidates applyAbout Applied MedicalApplied Medical is a new generation medical device company with a proven business model and commitment to innovation that has fueled our rapid growth and expansion worldwide.What connects us all is our mission to improve the affordability and accessibility of high-quality healthcare by delivering innovative technologies that enhance clinical care.Be part of our growing Australian & New Zealand arm of our global organisation that makes decisions locally for what is right for patients, customers, our community and the environment.About this role:As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for accurately picking and preparing orders ready for dispatch and delivery whilst maintaining safe manual handling practices and contribute to daily workflow as part of a team .Your Responsibilities will include:Receiving and receipting customer orders using wireless scanner and SAP, to track inventory and ensure proper stock levelsAccurately and efficiently picking, packing, and processing customer orders in line with established procedures and quality standardsReport and investigate inbound and outbound discrepanciesMaintaining clean and safe work environment, upholding safety and hygiene standardsCollaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet daily targetsGeneral data entry, record keeping, and warehouse duties as requiredAbout You:Physically fit in a warehouse environmentExperience in a Warehouse role (desired or willing to be trained at entry-level)Reliable and punctual team playerPositive "Can Do" attitude and the desire to learn and grow with the businessAbility to follow standards and proceduresExperience using RF scanners and SAP (desired but not essential)Forklift License (desired but not essential)Good communication to get the job done safely and accurately, working well autonomously and with others in a teamSafe work ethicWork flexibly and within tight time schedules in accordance with varied workloadGreat interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with all areas of the organisationAbility to problem solve and use your own initiativeTime management skills and attention to detailComfortable with computers and technologyWhy Applied Medical?Training provided on-siteLearning and development opportunities available upon completion of probationFriendly, welcoming and supportive management and team membersA diverse work environment with a great company culturePermanent and secure role working 8am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday (No weekend or night work required)Free on-site parkingEmployee Assistance Program available to all team members and their familiesPlease note: we will be moving to a brand new exciting facility located in Geebung in 2025.
