Chandler Macleod is seeking a Shop Supervisor to support the team at Steggles, Tamworth.
25-30 hours per week | Retail Level 4 position – $27.17 per hour plus 25% casual loading Immediate start | Potential for Casual to Part-Time employment Tamworth location | Free onsite parking Passionate about producing premium quality poultry products through the Lilydale Free Range and Steggles brands, our client Baiada, have been bringing Australian families together at the dinner table since 1919
Delivering fresh poultry to local retailers and value-adding products to Quick Service Restaurants and food service customers, Baiada are leading the way in the industry through innovation and setting high standards around process and efficiency, which ensures they deliver millions of high quality products every year.
About the role As a Shop Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the team by: Promoting a safe work environment, adhering to food safety and quality standards, and implementing environmentally responsible practices Taking responsibility for retail sales, ensuring they meet customer demands and align with the needs of other company departments Providing timely, courteous service to customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through exceptional service Assisting team members to meet deadlines and maintain productivity as needed Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational quality, safety, and environmental standards About you As a Shop Supervisor, you will bring retail experience or transferable skills from areas such as hospitality.
You will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, be capable of working both independently and as part of a team and possess a genuine passion for delivering your best work each day.
While your primary role will be as a Retail Assistant, you will step into the supervisor position as needed.
