Cluster Manager

We are searching for a driven leader for this rare opportunity.
As a Cluster Manager, you will be based at the Rose Bay boutique, with 2 days of your week on the road visiting 5 additional stores.
This role is perfect for someone looking for their next step, yet still after work life balance.
Ideally, you will thrive in a retail environement, have an eye for detail, and excel at driving performance and team motivation Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team.
Sales and Profitability: Drive store's performance to achieve and exceed KPIs.
Visual Merchandising: Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and presentation.
Customer Service: Maintain exceptional customer service, catering to a mature demographic (45+ years).
Cluster Management: Oversee operations of the Rose Bay store and visit stores within your cluster to ensure consistency and performance.
Operational Excellence: Implement effective stock management, sales strategies, and back-of-house protocols.
Ideal Skills & Experiences: Leadership Experience: Proven success in managing a team, preferably in fashion retail.
Visual Merchandising: Strong VM skills and an eye for detail.
KPI Management: Ability to drive and exceed sales targets.
Motivational Skills: Ability to inspire and motivate your team.
Customer Focus: Strong commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Dynamic Outlook: Positive, energetic, and adaptable.
Benefits: Salary: $65-$70K pro rata based on experience.
Incentive Scheme: Attractive performance-based incentives.
Clothing Allowance: Yearly allowance provided.
Tools of Trade: Laptop and fuel card provided.
Flexible Hours: 35.5 hours per week - 3 days managing the Rose Bay store (10-4:30 pm) and 2 days on the road visiting cluster stores (9-5 pm).
