What You'll Do:
Greet patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor, making them feel comfortable and at ease.Coordinate appointment scheduling and manage the dental practice calendar, ensuring optimal efficiency.Maintain accurate patient records, including updating personal information and treatment details.Handle patient inquiries, in person, online, and over the phone, providing exceptional customer service.Assist with financial processes, such as processing payments, managing insurance claims, and discussing treatment costs with patients.Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless communication and workflow between the front office and clinical areas.Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organisation of the reception area and front office.What You'll Bring:
5 years of previous dental experience in the dental industry.Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to empathise and communicate effectively with patients of all ages.Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail, enabling you to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong computer skills, including experience with dental practice management software.A friendly and positive attitude, even in high-pressure situations, to create a welcoming and supportive environment.Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills, as you'll be working closely with both clinical and administrative staff.What We Offer:
