Our annual flu vaccination program is integral to our mission, ensuring businesses and their employees remain healthy and productive.Role Overview: As a Nurse Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing our healthcare professionals, their schedules, and resources to ensure the successful delivery of our flu vaccination services.
Your primary focus will be on coordinating logistics, optimizing schedules, and maintaining smooth communication between the nursing team.Key Responsibilities:Communicate with nurses regarding assignments, schedules, and client needs.Manage the equipment and resources for successful service delivery across the season.Work with the Client Coordinator, Scheduler, and Nursing Team for seamless service delivery and optimal coverage across multiple locations.Handle rescheduling, logistical adjustments, and support inquiries from the nursing team.Maintain accurate records of schedules, assignments, and program outcomes.Ensure adherence to relevant health and safety guidelines and protocols.Skills & Experience:Proven experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative roles within healthcare or related fields.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with scheduling software and office tools.Ability to handle pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.Familiarity with public health programs or vaccination initiatives is a plus.Why Join Us?Be part of a team dedicated to enhancing public health and wellbeing.Enjoy a collaborative and supportive work culture.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Opportunities for growth and professional development.The role is a 4 month, full-time fixed term contract, commencing in February 2025.How to Apply: If you are a proactive and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you
