In achieving these goals, we will:Prioritise delivery of programs and services to those most in needServe and respond to diverse community needs within the scope of our professional practiceWork with other community service agencies to ensure the best outcomes for clients and allied service providersExpand our reputation as a positive, action-oriented, innovative and value-based organisation to support East Gippslanders to live wellBe an employer of choice and a community services agency of choiceEnsure resources meet current and emerging community needs.About the roleThe Project Manager will provide leadership and accountability for the development and delivery of infrastructure projects, tender processes and milestone reporting. You will manage the entire project management life cycle to ensure the achievement of project objectives in a safe and timely manner, in accordance with budgetary and resource constraints.The Project Manager is expected to work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver beneficial outcomes for GLCH.Skills & ExperienceTertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management, Construction Management or Public Administration are desirable.Experience in project management and demonstrated knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.Senior management experience in an organisation of similar size and complexity to GLCH.Team CultureAt GLCH, we believe our people are our biggest asset and we pride ourselves on a positive culture that encourages open communication and emphasises recognition and career advancement.People enjoy working at GLCH because we're professional, supportive, inclusive and collaborative in our approach.
