Senior It Projec Manager

Seeking a Senior IT Project Manager with expertise in Blockchain Technology who will play a critical role in managing and delivering complex projects involving CEX and DEX and payment card systems/solutions.
This role requires a deep understanding of EVM environments, including decentralised solutions of L1 and L2, and how they integrate with broader IT ecosystems.
The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in managing and delivering Blockchain projects, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project outcomes within time, cost, and quality parameters.
Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects with a focus on Blockchain solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Blockchain expertise: Utilise your knowledge of Blockchain environments (e.g.
standards e.g.ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-404, ERC-4337) to guide project planning, execution, and integration with IT systems.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
Maintain clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk Management: Identify and assess risks related to blockchain projects, develop mitigation strategies, and address any issues promptly to avoid project delays.
Resource Coordination: Oversee the allocation and management of resources, including personnel and technology, to ensure project milestones are met.
Quality Control: Implement quality assurance practices to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
Budget Oversight: Develop and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial targets are met.
Team Leadership: Guide and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring all team members are aligned with project goals.
Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., MBA, PMP, PMI-ACP) are highly desirable.
Strong experience in IT project management, with a strong focus on Blockchain environments, blockchain rollups.
Demonstrated expertise with Blockchain environments, and experience in integrating these systems within the broader IT ecosystem.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills and experience in risk management.
Familiarity with project management methodologies.
