This role will suit an experienced Adviser Assistant / Paraplanner (Insurance Paraplanner) or administration professional seeking to apply their professional skills in a successful advice firm with offices nationally.NSW based Adviser (Sydney office)Insurance only AdviceMature Financial Planning businessDynamic, innovative, fast paced business with a market leading management team.A fantastic opportunity has arisen to be a member of a well established, successful and expanding Insurance and Financial Advice business.You will be joining a team of highly skilled Advisers and Client Service specialists servicing a large and loyal base of client groups.The PositionThe role is responsible for supporting a Life insurance adviser who is based in NSW (and others from time to time) in the business of advising, selling and servicing clients in respect of their life insurance policies.Responsibilities:New business support: Paraplanning/research supportObtaining quotations from insurersAssistance with Statement Of Advice document preparationFollowing up outstanding medical requirements from customers or medical practitioners who are applying for insuranceAssisting in completion of applications where required and scanningPersonal assistant support including setting up of meetings and filing of emails- Liaising with insurers- Supporting other staff in the national businessOngoing customer service Following up on premium dishonours or outstanding rolloversAnnual renewals and reviewsManagement of e-mails and telephone queriesAssisting with changes to existing policiesOther tasks as requested on a need basisAssisting with claims and other day to day administrationThe BenefitsThe opportunity to learn and work with highly experienced specialist Insurance Adviser and apply your professional capabilities in a highly focused advice firm with strong existing client relationships.Post induction and training the opportunity to work from home full time.Display your passion for Financial Advice in a business with a sole focus on providing outstanding advice and educational services.Benefit from a high level of interaction with a team of highly skilled advice professionals to develop and enhance your advice career.The Person - 'YOU'Ideal applicants will have 2-3 years or more experience in a Paraplanning or Administration role in the financial advice sector.Experience withXplanpreferredSOA / ROA preparation experienceExperience in delivering high quality client serviceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong skills inMicrosoft Teams, Word,Excel, and OutlookA 'can do' attitude with the ability to learn fast, take ownership and work both independently and as part of teamWell organised with excellent attention to detailThe ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver to deadlinesAn adaptable and flexible natureStrong problem-solving abilityRemunerationA competitive salary is on offer dependent on qualifications and experience.Contact us for a full position brief and details on the company.#J-18808-Ljbffr
