Associate Financial Planner

Company OverviewThis highly successful holistic financial planning firm based in the CBD is seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join their team supporting a Senior Financial Planner.
This role will see you supporting them with their day to day duties, attending client meetings, engaging with clients, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the firm's overall success.
To be successful in this role you will have a professional approach with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a passion to develop a long term meaningful career in the industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesHandle client enquiries providing superior service via phone and emailMaintain and update client records through XPLANAttending client meetings and managing file notesFinancial advice strategy development, including financial modellingCreating annual review documents and strategies after speaking with clientsLiaising with internal and external stakeholders building strong working relationshipsGeneral administrative duties as requiredTo be successful in this role you'll meet the followingWell presented with excellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent listening skills, demonstrating an understanding of client needsAnalytical approach to problem-solving, with a keen attention to detailIntermediate MS office skillsA graduate or someone still studying looking to kickstart their career or a Client Service Officer looking to take the next step in their career (previous experience using XPLAN will be highly regarded)To ApplyPlease click on the apply button to be considered for this exciting opportunity or contact Hannah Ebers for confidential discussion.
