Standalone HR role with a global multifaceted company.
Your new role: Reporting into the Senior Director overseas, you will be working closely with the team to support the delivery of the P&C agenda that is closely aligned with the overall business strategy.
The primary responsibility of this role will be managing employee relations, developing workplace policies, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
You will also be responsible for performance management, discipline and termination processes, and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing questions and resolving work-related issues.
Develop and implement workplace policies and practices.
Manage performance evaluations and provide guidance on employee development.
Handle disciplinary actions and terminations with fairness and empathy.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and draft employment contracts.
Plan for workforce succession and manage salary and compensation structures.

Qualifications Proven experience in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
