There is an opportunity for a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our brand to new customers.
Position Overview: As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic marketing, branding, and messaging strategy for Perfect Stranger across retail, traditional print, partnerships, and digital media.
You will lead a team, including a Marketing & Social Media Assistant, to identify new opportunities, acquire new customers, and engage existing ones.
Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy: Develop and maintain a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with market research, business objectives, and company values.Campaign Planning: Manage the end-to-end campaign planning process, collaborating with key stakeholders to ideate, conceptualize, and execute marketing campaigns.Retail Marketing Coordination: Maintain high standards for retail marketing and negotiate local area marketing opportunities.Budget Management: Project and manage marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with overall marketing expenses.Internal Marketing: Create and enhance internal marketing frameworks and team engagement initiatives.Reporting: Provide detailed reports on marketing and branding initiatives, including quarterly and monthly updates.Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team, setting clear expectations and providing regular feedback.What we would like from you: 3+ years' experience in a senior marketing positionDemonstrated experience managing a marketing team.Strong understanding of the youth fashion market.Exceptional planning, prioritizing, and communication skills.Ability to lead by example and work well in a team environment.Why Join Us?
