POSITION OVERVIEWReporting to the National Network Manager, the New South Wales State Network Manager will be responsible for providing business support, coaching, and resources to franchisees while driving growth in line with the responsibilities outlined below.
SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIESFoster strong, sustainable relationships with franchise owners and teams across New South WalesEnsure consistent and equitable service to Century21 franchisees within the networkConduct detailed DeskTop Analysis and develop follow-up action plansProactively communicate with offices on performance-enhancing initiativesParticipate in key events such as Annual Awards, Quarterly Awards, and ConventionsMaintain a record of each franchise owner's business objectivesEncourage the adoption of the Century21 Business Plan in all officesMonitor financial performance by implementing management accounts and reviewing office figures to ensure profitabilityKNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCERequired: Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience in real estateAbility to work independentlyStrong presentation and relationship-building skillsKeen attention to detailPreferred: Previous experience with franchise organizationsFamiliarity with webinar tools such as Zoom or Google HangoutsReady to advance your real estate career?
