Belgravia PRO is rapidly growing and is looking for a passionate and inspiring couple to manage Campgrounds across Northern NSW.
The Role We're currently recruiting an experienced management team who are highly customer-focused, have a can-do attitude, and are equally passionate about guest and local community engagement, delivering exceptional visitor experiences.
The successful applicants must have a commercial mindset and a creative flair for local marketing and community engagement.
Responsibilities include: Being accountable for all business operation and guest experienceBeing hands-on and possessing a positive can-do attitudeCleaning amenities, cabins, and campgroundGeneral handyman skills are an absolute mustCleaning of fire pitsOverseeing and working in the Kiosk on siteAbility to problem solve in a fast-paced environmentLeading and supervising small teamsBeing accountable for the financial outcomes of the businessAchievement of agreed KPIsA strong Australian-based support office and local management teams support our park managers on all areas of WHS, holiday park legislation, IT, and HR so Park Managers can focus on delighting guests.
Selection Criteria An energetic and enthusiastic, hands-on approachProven experience in a similar roleOutstanding customer serviceFamiliarity with Rez Expert computerised booking system and good computer skillsWillingness to learn and apply our systems and processesWell-developed communication, organisation, administration, and management skillsDemonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders in a professional mannerAvailability to work across a roster which may include public holidays, weekends, early mornings, and evenings.
