In this hybrid role, you will be working on-base with some flexibility to work remotely.

Support current ADF members and Veterans return to work and return to wellness:
Provide leadership, coaching and development opportunities for our multidisciplinary team of Rehabilitation Consultants.Develop relations and provide account management within the ADF and Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA).Provide on-site support to locations within your remit.Implement and monitor strategies to maintain quality and compliance standards.Achieve business, human capital, and financial goals for the team.Building excellence in people is at the heart of this role.
Primarily located on-base with the team at the ACT Health Centre Duntroon, with some ability to work in a hybrid capacity.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced or emerging leader currently working in the occupational rehabilitation sector.
As a Team Manager, you will understand that meeting the needs of our customer is definitive to our commercial success.
You will collaborate with our major client, The Australian Defence Force, to deliver exceptional service across this portfolio.
