It embodies our mission to foster health and wellbeing within our community.You will be responsible for overseeing and directing Dhelkaya Health's financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, and providing strategic financial leadership to support the delivery of sustainable local health services.Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be a trusted business partner to peer executives and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute initiatives that align with Dhelkaya Health's strategic objectives.You will collaborate closely with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies, optimise resource allocation, and drive business performance to support the functions that ultimately result in the delivery of quality services to enrich the lives of those we support and care for.You will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainability strategies while considering the environmental, social, and governance impacts on the organisation's operation.Key Responsibilities:

Equipped with senior executive level experience within the health service industry, you will demonstrate a record of successfully achieving outcomes through strong internal leadership and influence.
You'll have extensive financial management knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of the public health system, and be skilled at building and maintaining relationships to achieve accountabilities.A tertiary qualification in commerce, accounting, business or management is essential and a postgraduate qualification in health administration or equivalent is desirable.Culture and Benefits:
