About the role
We are looking for an experienced Service Technician (qualified Electrician or restricted electrical licence) to provide install & service work on our boiling & chilled water units.
As a Service Technician at Zip, you will thrive on being customer-focused with a knack for fault finding as well as demonstrating excellent attention to detail.
Your reliability will be unquestionable, and you will take great pride in being organised and presenting yourself in the utmost professional way.
This role will provide individuals with independence to succeed in a range of different and challenging environments while also being part of a high-performing and supportive team.
Skills & experience
Trade qualified as an Electrician / or Restricted Electrical Licence Experience in servicing, install and maintenance in any relatable industry (coffee machines, water units) Excellent fault finding and problem-solving abilities Able to manage time efficiently and effectively Pride in delivering excellent customer service experience Previous experience in the appliance industry, coffee machine or hot water industry Current drivers licence An Australian resident and eligible to go through a security clearance Benefits:
