Permanent full-time or part-time or casual positionsFree staff parkingFlexible work opportunities – have a say in your rosterGrow your career in a friendly and welcoming environment.We pride ourselves on great teamwork.Your Key Accountabilities This position is a key element of the surgical process, therefore your ability to manage your caseload quickly and efficiently will directly affect the care of patients. You will be required to:
Assemble, disassemble, and manage theatre case set-ups in accordance with operating lists, displaying attention to detail.The operation of specialised sterilising equipment specific to the Perioperative environment.Perform effective decontamination and reprocessing of various endoscopes, equipment and accessories.Maintain proof of process and cycle validation documentation specific to the perioperative environment.Coordinate instrumentation and equipment requirements with theatre teams as per daily requirements.Your Skills and Experience Endoscope cleaning experience highly desirable.A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team.Ability to plan, prioritise and coordinate workload efficiently.Previous experience in a theatre/hospital environment.Completion of a Certificate III in Health Services is desirable.Your flexibility to handle a rotating roster, with weekend and evening shifts will be key for this role.
