We are expanding our Campbelltown clinic team and would love to welcome Graduate Occupational Therapists looking to make a meaningful and rewarding impact in 2025.
On a daily basis you will be:
Managing an allocated caseload and completing therapeutic services in a timely mannerAssessing clients' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessmentsInterpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each clientProviding therapeutic interventions that are evidence-basedProviding support and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work and residential facilitiesRecommending provision of Assistive Technology to assist clients with their functional limitations and to promote independenceBenefits for you PD opportunities (in-house) - 3 x weekly education sessions + online learning hub + guest speakers + in-house leadership development programsSupervision – paired with a dedicated supervisor for 1 hour 1:1 weekly supervisionCareer progression – opportunities to 'step up' into supervisory and leadership rolesSalary - above award rates for all employeesFlexibility – full-time and part-time positions, varied work hours to suit different lifestyles, and flexible work environmentsVibrant team – passion for inspiring, empowering and supporting both clients and each otherDiverse clinical caseloads – develop and expand upon skills across all age groups, clinical areas and in a range of settingsVolunteering – giving back to local communities (e.g.
